- Awakening to Earths Wisdom
How Conscious Breathing Can Deepen Intuition and Akashic Connection
What if the breath is the doorway into knowing?
Not the kind of knowing that comes from thinking harder, analysing longer or trying to control the answer, but the deeper knowing that rises when the body becomes still, the mind grows quieter and the inner field begins to clear.
In Awakening to Earth’s Wisdom, the breath is described as an antenna. A gateway. A channel through which we attune to the frequency of the Divine, the Earth, the body and the unseen wisdom that is always present beneath the noise.
This is a beautiful way to understand intuition.
Intuition is not usually loud. It does not always arrive as a dramatic message or sudden vision. Often, it comes as a subtle recognition. A quiet feeling. A gentle pull. A sense of rightness. A knowing that does not argue, but simply sits within the body with steadiness.
The challenge is not that intuition is absent. The challenge is that we are often too full, too tense, too rushed or too mentally crowded to hear it.
This is where conscious breathing becomes sacred. The breath creates space.
It brings us out of the mind’s loops and back into the body’s intelligence. It helps settle the nervous system, soften the internal noise, and return us to a state where we can perceive more clearly.
When the breath is shallow or held, our perception can become filtered through fear, urgency or old protection. The body may be bracing. The mind may be searching for certainty. The energy field may be filled with stress, expectation, comparison or doubt. In this state, it can be difficult to discern what is intuition and what is fear.
But as the breath softens, something begins to open.
The body becomes more available. The heart becomes easier to feel. The mind becomes less dominant. The subtle signals beneath the surface begin to rise into awareness.
For those who connect with the Akashic Records, this becomes especially important. The Records are not accessed through force. They are not reached by mental effort alone. They are entered through reverence, alignment, intention and frequency. The breath helps create the conditions for that alignment. It becomes part of the opening, a way of tuning the body, like an instrument, to receive a clearer signal.
In the book, this is spoken of as connecting into the radio signal of the Divine. The breath becomes the channel. It moves through the body like an elixir, helping us come into harmony with the wisdom we are seeking.
This does not mean the breath performs the reading. It means the breath helps us become receptive. And receptivity is one of the foundations of intuitive connection.
We cannot receive clearly when we are gripping. We cannot listen deeply when we are rushing. We cannot discern truth when the body does not feel safe enough to soften.
Conscious breathing brings us back into the state where wisdom can be heard.
It also helps us recognise what is ours and what is not ours. This is a vital part of intuition. Many sensitive people feel deeply, but without breath awareness and energetic sovereignty, it can be easy to absorb emotions, projections or collective fear and mistake them for personal truth.
The breath helps us pause.
It gives us a moment to ask:
Is this mine?Is this fear?Is this an old story? Is this my intuition, or is this urgency? Is this a deeper knowing, or a protective response?
These questions are not answered by the mind alone. They are felt in the body.
A true intuitive knowing often feels different from anxiety. It may be clear, quiet, steady, spacious or simple. Fear often feels rushed, contracted, looping or demanding. The breath helps us feel the difference.
This is why breath awareness can deepen both intuition and Akashic connection. It creates the inner steadiness needed for discernment.
You might begin with a simple practice before meditation, journaling, intuitive work or opening the Records:
Place your awareness on the breath.Let the inhale arrive gently.Let the exhale soften the body.Feel your feet, your heart, your spine, your connection to Earth.Ask your mind to step back.Ask your body to become available.Ask the breath to bring you into coherence. Then listen. Not for the loudest voice, but for the clearest one.Not for the answer that feeds fear, but for the wisdom that opens space. Not for certainty through control, but for the deeper knowing that arrives through trust.
The breath is not separate from intuition. It is one of the ways intuition finds room to speak. It helps us become present enough to hear what has been waiting beneath the surface.
It helps us attune to the field. It helps us remember that wisdom is not somewhere far away. It is moving through us, with every breath.
