100 Days of Peace Reflection
My reflection for Australia’s 100 Days of Peace has now been shared as part of Day 38 of this beautiful national meditation initiative.
In this contemplation, I speak about peace not as something to chase, grasp or achieve, but as something we can return to within ourselves. A quiet presence, a state of being and a remembrance that lives beneath the noise, the stories, the walls we build, and the intensity of being human.
For me, peace begins by coming back to the breath, the body, and the quiet knowing that we are part of something much greater than whatever is unfolding around us.
And when we return to peace within ourselves, even for a moment, it becomes something we offer to the world, through the way we speak, listen, care, love and respond.
You can watch my 3-minute reflection here:
May we each be guided back to the stillness within.
May we remember the breath as a doorway and love as the path.
